Bag Transmitting (Big-Bag Bag Transfer) is used as a cement transmitting in concrete batching plants or factories and is preferred where bulk trailers cannot reach and cement is more economical in Big Bag. Cement that comes in 50 kg or 1000 kg Big Bags is left to the tearing/transmitting unit on the product with the help of a crane or forklift. With the help of the cutting blades and the elastic band, the product in the bags is filled into the transmitter. After the filling process is completed, the test pressure resistant covers are closed and the product is ready for transfer. Thanks to the discharge system (valve, check valve, safety valve) in Bag Transmitting (Big-Bag Transfer ) , the product can be easily transferred to silos or other storage units. There are mechanisms such as emergency stop button, high pressure relief valve etc. for safe cement transfer.
